Shipments to Canada discontinued as of October 20, 2010

Nutritional supplements fall under different importation laws from every other class of goods, including prescription medications, requiring expensive air shipping methods to ensure delivery. Canadian customs rejects the importation of nutritional supplements when sent by postal mail. They also reject these shipments when sent via less expensive methods, such as UPS Ground, unless additional onerous fees are paid for brokerage services.

Effective October 20, 2010, we have removed Canada from our list of destination countries because it is no longer practical to deliver eye vitamins to our Canadian customers for a reasonable shipping price.

Previously, we have spent a great deal of time and effort communicating this to our Canadian customers, and frankly, we feel bad that they are unable to obtain our products, particularly when a Free Trade Agreement exists between our countries.

Delivery to Canada will continue for existing customers only. No new customers will be able to order eye vitamins from this site for delivery to Canada.

Due to government rules that are beyond our control, we will no longer be negotiating with Canadian customers about alternative shipping methods or fees.
