Imagine the panic of someone performing the BD Veritor home nasal swab test who sees two lines on the result. Except, on this particular test, both upper lines are "controls" and indicate a valid test. It's the third line at the bottom that indicates a positive test.
The BD Veritor instructions say to use it with the Scanwell portable phone app, which requires verification of your name, verification of lighting conditions and finally, a photograph of the testing device to then inform you, after one minute, whether the test is positive or not.

Stay wary, especially in crowded indoor places, eat healthy, and take your eye vitamins. You've heard me say this over and over: eye health and body health are closely related.
